The number of people flying on premium travel - the tickets the airlines make their real money from - declined again globally, according to the International Air Transport Association. WASHINGTON President Barack Obama called yesterday for the United States to move swiftly to a system of high-speed rail travel, saying it will relieve congestion, help clean the air and save on energy.
