Weather, weather and more weather. Yes, the big winner on TD Banknorth Oxford 250 Sunday at Oxford Plains Speedway in Oxford, Maine, at least thus far, has absolutely been mother nature. At 7:54 p.m., as the sixth and final opening heat was taking the track for its 20-lap event, the rain started falling once again in Oxford.
